    - Chamber conditioning: Baking and Glow discharge.
    - 9:00 - 12:00 remote operation of tGOLEM I
    - 14:00 - 16:30 remote operation of tGOLEM II

* Wednesday
    - 9:00 - 12:00 (if needed) remote operation of tGOLEM III
